What part to order for my 2001 Ford Focus?
I need help knowing which A/C accumulator to order from this site
https://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1385524,parttype,6972
I have a 2001 Ford Focus SE DOHC, Stick.
One hose coming from the accumulator does say 5/8" but doesn't quiet look like the one in the pictures
Get either the FOUR SEASONS Part # 83055, or the GPD Part # 1411664 that were listed on RockAuto. Those two are designed for the factory hose, where the rest require you to replace the hoses. This car also has a orifice tube on the liquid line. I would go ahead and replace that too, since you already got the system open. They only cost a buck or two.
Don't waste your money
- My transmission has failed due to a recalled part does Ford have to replace the whole transmission or just the recalled part? I have a 2005 Ford Freestar minivan one night when I was driving home the transmission went out on it while I was on the highway. After doing some research we found that the torque converter is a recalled part on this model. If the torque converter is the reason for the transmission failure does Ford have to replace my whole transmission as well or just the torque converter?
- Can You Custom Order At A DealerShip(Ford)? I was wondering if you could build a mustang gt with all the options you want online on their site and bring in the piece of paper so they can order it. Is this possible?
- 2002 Ford Mustang Piston Fire-Order? I just need to know which piston is where so I can replace the spark plug on #2. I'd like proof so I don't end up replacing the wrong one
- Would an auto part store have a replacement bolt for the valve cover of my 2002 Ford Focus? I broke one trying to put it back on today. Is that somthing they'll have at Advanced Autoparts or Auto Zone? Or should I try to find a similar bolt at Home Depot or something?
