The pump says good for cars above, I have Ford Focus 2000 SE Wagon 4 Door 16v Zetec engine, I THINK 4 cylnder… So how do I know if it is a " L4 2.0L "?
What does L4 2.0L Mean? I need a fuel pump cheap that will fit my car.

you have to remove the gas tank to remove the pump as its an in-tank pump. You can purchase these from ebay. 
L = Inline, it's a less commonly used abbreviation for Inline.
- Location of 1998 Ford Taurus fuel pump. Does it have a fuel cut-off switch? Car shut down suddenyl without warning. New battery and cranks but will not start. Suspect bad fuel filter, 130K miles and fuel filter has never been replaced.

I've checked the hose that comes out from the pump, it's blowing air but I believe it should blow air for much longer than 5 seconds on start up.
