No sound coming out of 2015 ford focus?
I'm financing a car from a dealership, when i test drove it the night before i finalized everything, the radio was working perfectly, sound was good. The next day i went back to the dealership to sign all the papers and take the car home, and on my way home i was trying to play music first with my usb chord, i plugged it in the usb plug thats under the radio and it connected, it showed on the screen what song i was playing and it said would show when i paused/played it, but when i turned the volume up there was no sound… Then i unplugged the usb chord and just tried to play the regular radio, and again, turned the volume up and there was no sound coming out of the speakers. It shows on the screen when i turn the volume up and down but there's just no sound! Anyone know how to fix this?
Is the car a certified car or not? If it's certified, take it back to the dealer to have the problem fixed
If it's not a certified car did it come with any warranty? If it has a warranty, take it back to the deal for the repair.
If it's not under warranty, you can ask the dealer if they can help you but they are under no obligation too. It might be cheaper to take it to a radio shop.
Do you know the history of the car? Is it a car that was ruined as part of the hurricanes last year. They are all over the country Having a radio not work, sounds like an electrical problem.
- If the owner had comprehensive insurance coverage, the car would be a salvaged car.
- If the owner didn't have comprehensive coverage, it would not be because the insurance company didn't buy the car.
Hmm. Quite weird actually. Like even for radio its silent? Probably faulty. I would go back in.
This isn't rocket science. It's probably a "source" setting located on one of the menus on the radio. The OWNERS MANUAL that came with the vehicle should have a section covering the operation of the radio. If you didn't get one from the dealer, either ask them for it or go online and download it from the Ford website.
Read the owners manual on how to operate the radio. You likely need to check the mode setting.
- Sound coming from engine? I own a 2001 ford mustang v6. There's a bit of a faint sound. Its a bit hard to describe it whenever my RPMs goes higher, the sound sounds more high pitch. I'm thinking it might be the belt since its moves with the RPM. It isn't a squeeling sound. I just want to know if a faint sound is normal for a car of this year
- Is a 2015 ford mustang better or 2015 Chevy camaro? Hi, I've been wondering if I should get the 2015 ford mustang or Chevy camaro! They are both very similar but which one would be better and why! And is it possible to get any of those cars with automatic transmission instead of manual transmission?
- 2015 Ford Mustang Fastback V6 or the 2015 Ford mustang 2.3L ecoboost? I'm trying to decide which of the two to get I heard online the eco boost is surprisingly a little faster then the V6 edition. it gets roughly 4 more MPG then the V6. the ecoboost will be about 1500 more then the V6 fast back lets assume its going to be my main vehicle. which one should I get and why? And which is superior? Your thoughts please. I'm not a gearhead so don't get too technical on me without using things I'll understand lol
- 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD or 2015 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe (4 cylinder). Which would you choose and why? Both are approximately the same price and offer many of the same options. The Ford, however, offers AWD, remote start, and somewhat better gas mileage. The Honda, though, is a car I absolutely adore.
