My vehicle had sat for 4 monthst it is a Ford Focus 2000 SE?
When I tried starting it nothing then The battery wouldn't hold a charge and I would here clicking when trying to start. What could be the issue I was either thing battery or starter any ideas?
If the battery sits connected for 4 months, it will drain from the cumulative small drains on it of the car's peripheral systems. It needs to be run so that the alternator can recharge the battery. Did you try to jump start it? Sitting that long, it may take a while for it to gather enough of a charge to start.
I charged it for about five minutes should it be longer
