My 2006 Ford Focus CD 600 radio is asking for a code?
I have a 2006 Ford Focus whose radio (CD 600) is asking for a code after getting a new battery. I don't want to deal with Ford here. Is there an easy way to do this?
The serial number can sometimes be found by pressing keys 1+6 or 2+6 together. If this doesn't work you will have to remove the radio to find it. If it begins with a M post it here and someone will tell you the code. If it begins with a V only a ford dealer can supply it.
My sisters Honda civic asked the same thing. Look in the glove box and get the black pack out. It should be on a little card in the black pack of information.
