Quality wheels are always a good place to start. The right wheels can reduce wheel weight ("unsprung" weight) to improve ride and handling while really sporting up the appearance. You will have a lot to choose from.
Forget about aftermarket intakes - you have to get into the $1000 range to find one better than the stock.
It is a Ford Focus. You can throw as much money at it as you want, but it is still an entry level ford.
No not really. You could make it look sporty but performance mods are going to make little or no noticeable difference unless you start spending vastly more than it is worth. Much better to sell the car and buy something more sporty and cheaper too.
Upgrade the rims and tires. You will notice the improvement in handling and braking. The other mods are not worth it.
Cat-back exhaust system
The only thing you need are some bigger wheels/tyres, darkest legal window tint +1, and a baseball bat to fight off the ladies… Don't mess with the engine or become cop-bait. Save your money for beer and poon.
