How to open a ford focus back door with child lock on and outside handle broken?
Hi there i have an ford focus 2008 i have the same problem below. When i bought it the back door opens from inside only. But my friend engage the child lock and i'm not able to open it now. I tried and opened the inner panel but it didn't help. Can i try to remove hinges.
Leave the inner panel off and go to a locksmith.
He's going to open it.

If you take the hinges off would be a bad move because the door would still be latched. The only way is to get the inner door panel off so you can get to the linkage and pull the right one, or maybe get it with a slim Jim or maybe get ahold of the linkage were the handle is broke off if you can see it.
- Ssdi and child support? So I understand that ssi can't have child support collected from it and that ssdi can because it's considered income based on your work credits, etc. But I have adult child ssdi because I was disabled since 12 and my father was disabled after working at ford for 13 years. My ssdi payments are based on HIS social security number and work history. Since my payments are not based on MY taxes and non existent work credits, can child support be garnished from my payments?
- Had my ford transit broken into, door peeled in half, what would people recommend, van alarm or deadlocks and door strengthening? My van door was peeled in Half from top to bottom and cleared of everything inside. I'm thinking of getting an alarm that will go off if van is shaken or movement inside but I think this might be too late and the door damage done. Would I be better off getting visual locks for thief's to see then have my door reinforced inside out by my friend who's a welder.

I have a 2001 ford mondeo estate and I can't get the boot to open from the dash button or the boot handle but I can from the key fob by double pressing it. I have tried removing the dash burron and reconnecting it with no success this seems to be a common problem on this car yet nobody seems to know the cause
- Random question. Ford focus 2005 ways to open boat. So far only way I can open mine if I press the boat button on key? Is their another way e.g. Out key in door car lock turn it certain way? Is their button inside the car. I've looked but havnt found one
