How Much Gas Does a 4 Cylinder Car Waste?
I live in Lake County Ca. & in 3 weeks I have to go to San Francisco to pick up my other half from the airport. Its 3 and a half hours away, so I'm going to be driving about 97 miles to San Francisco & then 97 miles to come back home. My car is a 2002 Ford Focus ZTS.(I just got it) I just need an idea of how much money I'm going to waste on gas. Just to be prepared. Thank-you.
Usually it takes 30 dollars to fill it up so i think more than 18 miles per gallon
You say waste like you don't want to do it. But either way your should be getting roughly 30mpg on the highway. So for math sake say 7 gallons total. Not really knowing gas prices there 5 bucks a gallon so about 35 or so.

I posted this the other day but in a hurry with not much detail so here it is again I drive a 2004 Ford taurus with a v6 24v DOHC Duartec engine and my computer is reading a bad ignition coil on (coil e #5) replacing it won't.
