How do car manufactures decide what car gets what options?
So today this random question has been on my mind. 3 of my friends and myself all have 2014 Ford Focus' and all are the SE model. Mine has a few extra features though. Sunroof, leather heated seats and spoiler. How do the manufactures pick which car has a different option then the next?

The dealer ORDERS cars to fill inventory. They decide what packages/options the cars will have.
- What are my options when my car lease is up? I leased a car through ford for 2 years. It has been a year now and I'm looking into my options for when it is up. I would like to get a new truck so can I take my leased car to a different dealership and trade it in as a trade in? If not what are my options
- Need options on a break cylinder job for a 03 ford Taurus car? Need a few pointers and options on a car. So the break cylinder was bad and it got replaced. But it's still leaking a little fluid (not as much before it was replaced) and the car won't stop at all. Does the breaks need bled or what? The car won't stop period and it was driven for a bit with the cylinder bad. Is there a chance a lot of air is in the break lines and need bled? But would that make it leak a little fluid from the cylinder? Just need some options on what to do next.
- Who manufactures Nissan automobiles in America? Was watching one of those Truck TV shows. They took a Nissan Pickup Truck and removed the front end (grill and such) and put a Ford Ranger grill and such on it and didn't have to modify anything. It was a one to one swap. They turned it into a Ford Ranger. So, do Nissan's come off the Ford assembly line in America?
- Purchasing a vehicle, but can't decide? I'll be paying off my current car soon, and will be giving it to my fiancée (she has no vehicle) I can't decide on a 2008-2011 Ford ranger which will be around 10k with 40-100k miles Or a 2014 f150 tremor (25k-29k) for 20k-68k miles on them Which would you choose? Please pretend it was with your money and take It into calculatation, but also which one you'll want (it'll really help me)
