Ford focus 1.8 petrol automatic.Sometimes car won't start then after a few mins it will?
Dash reads speed acceleration reduced.Engine malfunction.Car seems to be driving ok otherwise. Any help thanks.
Based on the limited info you're giving us, all we can recommend is take it to a garage. If the engine warning light is on it needs a diagnostic scan done to determine the fault(s).
- My car won't start until I've waited a few minutes? I have a Ford Taurus SES and this morning I tried to start it and couldn't. I tried 3 times but it wouldn't work, the engine turned but wouldn't start. After waiting 2-3 minutes it started like normal. My battery is pretty new and is reading steadily at 13.8 volts. I don't see any problems with the connections either, no corrosion, everything looks like it's in good shape. Any thoughts?
- Bubbling/Gurgling sound a for a few seconds after car is shut off? Ok, so, I have a 2007 Ford Taurus SE. I just had to have the head gaskets replaced due to the engine overheating and blowing them, the car has been running fine since, but, now, any time I go 15 miles or more, and return home, for a few seconds after I shut off the car I can hear a Bubbling/Gurgling sound behind the glove box on the passenger side. I have read and some say it might be trapped air… Any ideas? Is this a serious problem?
- Smoke coming from exhaust after 15-20 mins of driving? I have a 1976 ford ltd 7.5l. It drives fine but after maybe 15-20 minutes smoke starts to come from the exhaust pipes. I checked the oil and radiator and it looks fine. Oil and radiator fluid is not mixing.
- 2014 Ford Mustang won't start. I tried syncing my phone to the car, and then the anti theft icon started blinking rapidly All electronics down, the panel won't light up, window won't roll up. Every time I try to start it, I hear a clicking sound above the passengers foot rest.
