If you can't even describe the problem how could we possibly help you? We're not clairvoyant. FAIL.

Please provide an update with accurate, detailed information.

Generally, the nut that holds the wheel is the problem.

Based upon a total lack of useful details, the only hint I can provide is that the problem probably lies with the transmission.

Could be the loose nut behind the wheel.

The loose nut behind the steering wheel seems to be the basis of the problem.

Go on give us a clue as to the problem!

No

Yes, the transmission has a problem.

This is my suggestion. DO NOT take it to a place like AAMCO. They are a transmission store, and have a huge markup on parts. Find an automatic transmission shop that is ATRA certified.

  • My '06 Ford Taurus is having what i'm assuming transmission problems, any ideas? The other day while attempting to back up a small slope, my engine revved up and a message came on the info area of my dash saying to check the transmission. I turned off the car, turned it on and the check engine light was on. I go home and check the trans fluid and it's full. The next day I start my car and the check engine light is off, but now my car shakes on heavy acceleration and gear changes. I'm not a car person. Any ideas?
  • My 2008 2 door ford focus has started to sputter and shake.what could the problem be? At first it started shaking then a couple days later, it started to sputter. I want to take it in but scared they will charge me a fortune on other things that aren't really the problem. Any advice?
  • I'm having issues with my 2012 ford focus heater? I'm running my heater for over 20 minutes on my way to school and by the end of my drive one of my 4 vents is blowing luke warm air, the other 3 are blowing cold like the A/C. In March or April i had my radiator replaced and my coolant was flushed. I read that the hot coolant is what heats up something to blow the hot air? Also read that when the coolant is flushed it may clog something up which stops it from blowing hot air.
