Would you consider the ford focus a muscle car or an import/tuner?
My friend and I were arguing about this for a while. He says its a FORD so it has to be a muscle car. I said it has no characteristics of a muscle car.
While Ford makes some nice performance sedans, that does not make them muscle cars or tuners. The ST version is impressive and there were some other SVT versions earlier but they fall into a class of cars called "Sleepers". Lets face it 252 hp in that light of a car is a force to be reckoned with. There are those who use them as tuner's, but out of the box it needs little and most of those that try improving it will ruin it. With the current model being assembled in Wynne Mi, it can't be considered an import in the US.
Go back to arguing about which Pokemon is best… You both know nothing about cars.
The focus is Ann economy car, not muscle. Muscle cars are Mustang, etc.
A muscle car is an intermediate sedan with a big block V8.
There have been no big block V8 sedans built for decades.
The base models are economy cars
The high performance ST and RS models are hot hatches.
It is NOT a muscle car.
It is a family car.
- How much is car insurance for older muscle cars? I heard that car insurance is pretty expensive for older muscle cars, and I'd like to know around how much a month car insurance would be for a 1968 ford mustang?
- Looking for a cool tuner car? I'm looking for a cool car I can tune as my third tuner car it has to be Mazda or Ford my dad works for a body shop that can get me cheap parts. I looked at speed but don't exactly have the money the car needs to be 8k or less. Any ideas?
- Is Saturn considered import or domestic? I'm wondering whether a Saturn car/truck/etc is considered an imported vehicle (not build in North America, such as Mazda, VW, Honda, etc.) or a domestic one (built in North America, such as Ford, Chev, Dodge, etc.). I'm pretty sure it is domestic, but just checking to be sure.
- Good first car? NSX? Muscle Car? I'm 15 and starting to think of some cars that I would want (and are possible to obtain, '67 Pontiac GTO '68 Roadrunner Hemi '70 Ford Torino '79 Firebird Formula 400 '85-'90 Camaro '67 Impala '73 Nova '78 Camaro '66 Oldsmobile Toronado So, would the value of the NSX be worth buying and fixing up? And which, if any, muscle car is the top of your list and why?
