Does anyone own this car with this engine?
Hi. I wondered whether anyone on here has or knows someone who has a 2011- Ford Focus 1.6 105bhp (petrol engine) and how does it perform, especially up hills?
It's not going to have exceptional performance or anything. Being in the US, the least powerful 2011 Focus we have is the 160 hp, 2.0L petrol engine. I've driven one before and found it to be fairly peppy for an economy car. I would wager that a substantially less powerful 105 hp model would be fairly underpowered by US standards.
We have the engine in a Fiesta with an automatic. It goes really well.
- Why doesn't car manufacturers provide their own car insurance? I always ask myself this question. Why doesn't the Ford, Chevrolet, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Nissan, and more provide their own car insurance? It's doesn't make a lot of sense to leave the insurance duties to companies that knows little to nothing about cars. Plus, Insurance would be cheaper. Sick and tired of getting RIP off by the Geico, and State farms of the world. What do you people think?
- Does my car have a place for me to plug in my phone and listen to my own music? I have a light blue 2005 Ford Taurus. I want to listen to my own music and not the stuff on the radio, but I don't think that there's a place to plug in my phone. I have a cd player but not a tape player (is that what it's called? I'm not sure.) Does anyone know if this type of car has a place to plug in my phone or if there's another way to do it?
- Does anyone have a dog car seat cover for a ford ka or small car? Hi, I recently purchased 2013 for ka and I'm having trouble finding a dog cover for the back that actually fits as the back only has two seats so the ones I have purchased tend to be too big and the slits for the seatblets tend to be too far apart. Does anyone have one use for a small car?
- Does anyone own a 2012 Ford Focus? Does anyone on here own a 2012 (or 2011-) Ford Focus 1.6 (105) (petrol) and do you find that it struggles on hills?
