Can I put HIDS in my after market headlight housing?
I have aftermarket halo headlights on my ford focus.
I don't like the halogen lights and want to put in HIDS but there's a sticker that says no hids
is this just a legality thing or should I really not put them in? Will it melt the housing?

No, it's not just a legal thing. Putting HIDs in a halogen rated headlight assembly actually gives less light on the road and produces more glare. Plus, HID's run hotter and can melt the lens. Read this post on why it's a horrible idea
