Any idea what this could be on my 2001 Ford Focus SE?
White idling at a light there's a "shudder" of sorts and the car feels like it is going to stall… I recently had a new fuel pump put on but that has not fixed this.
This could be your o2 sensor.
Pull the OBD2 trouble codes and work on troubleshooting the parts pointed out by the code. Try to not discard good parts.
Clean the throttle body with throttle body cleaner spray. If that doesn't help you need to have the idle air control motor inspected.

- My 99 ford Taurus has a milky brown fluid in the coolant tank. Any suggestions as to what could be wrong? The engine oil is fresh, with no milky color. It is an amber brown. the tranny fluid is pink/red my car will start, however it will not leave park. The gear shift will move but the car will not leave park. someone said it could be my head gasket however the car NEVER ran hot nor did it have any white smoke. ill take any suggestions or help offered.
- What could be causing my 2001 Ford Focus SE wagon to be overheating? Reservoir is full of coolant, new radiator hose put on not that long ago but the needle is almost in the red when I drive it. Could this be the water pump? If it were the bottom hose wouldn't I be very low or out of coolant?
