How can I remove the 4 bolts on the drive plate attaching the torque converter?

There's no window to access the bolts which are attaching the drive plate with torque converter like in camry.
Added (1). Thanks for your answer. My next problem is locking the flex plate. Can I use a flat screw driver to lock the drive plate?
Remove the starer motor and access them there. You a large screw driver to turn the flex plate to get to each bolt. Make sure to push the converter towards the tranny after removing all the bolts so that you don't lose a lot of ATF.

- 2003 ford taurus 208k miles torque converter went out what to do? So i'm being charged $1300 to get it replaced and there's no pressure from thr torque converter will my tranny go out soon or what will happen? I'm ar 208k miles this car is a 9.5/10 body wise and engine wise so i don't know if i should get the tranny rebuilt too or should the tranny be good if its already made it very close to 209k miles?
- Looking for your opinion So I'm a mechanic i replace my head gasket on my 1996 ford ranger 2.3 gasket the head bolts the hole 9 yards I torqued the head 51 to 90 ft pounds and the sequence was 51 to 60 to 80 90 so I don't know if i should re torque head bolts or leave it? I have the correct sockets and a large extension bar, but they will not budge (front or rear). I have tried WD40, thinking of trying a little heat, but its a bit near to the brake hoses. All suggestions gratefully received. I have a full workshop manual on this car issued by Ford which just says that they are tightened to 190Nm. The front bolts are huge 27mm and the rear bolts are 18mm.
