If it sounds like its rubbing, then it is. Look at the fender wells real close to see any rubbing marks.

Damn, Brandon, the Ford has more than 250k miles racked up on it. There could be any number suspension component failure issues. Have you had it inspected by a reputable alignment center lately?

Could be tread separation inside the tire.

Wheel bearings will rumble when they're starting to go.

Check the tire pressure. Tires could be too old and hardened. Check for weathercracks on the sidewall.

The tires may be too big.

If we can't find any tires that show rubbing or friction /polish on inside of tires and are happy they have no damage. Then its more likely we have something that simply makes a noise we best describe as tire rubbing. Often we can get a noise similar to what you describe from power steering pump. Especially if fluid is low.
if it makes no noise when on full lock and parked with engine running, and only when moving. We may need a garage to investigate. If we can have somebody assist with say hood open and check when walking alongside being very careful to avoid getting feet run over! We may be better able to pinpoint source of noise.
