Ford fiesta very loud dash Rattle/Noise?

I have a 64-plate fiesta with only around 18k miles. Performed all of the MOT and services throughout the years. Over the last year I have been experiencing some constant rattle noises from passengers' side (believe to be air Vents) and dashboard every so often which I have gotten used to. However, it has gone worse whenever I drive over a pothole or drive over rough roads (even uneven roads) the whole dash is very loud - like a very load rattle (feels like it's going to fall off - sounds like it's all loose under the dash) instrument cluster and dashboard makes a loud noise as if it's giving feedback from when the tyre goes over the rough road. The noise over powers the radio and it is worrying me. Is this just Ford standard quality or is it the plastics within the dashboard that have broken or the fact I have budget tyres and results to not having a smooth ride, anyone knows what it is and where I can get this sorted?

Bring a passenger with solid cardboard and scissors and see if they can wedge it under the dash and stop the rattle. You may have to remove the dash panel to get to it. You need to isolate the position of the noise first. Should have bought a Mazda instead. Fords are not well made cars.

The rattling parts remind you it's a Ford.

Use your fist and pound the dashboard at the same time. Sometimes the noise stops (as it was a wire rattling around and your pound just bumped it out of the way) Steer with left and give it a pound with the right like you were killing a Cockroach. Or the whole dash just settles into position getting wedged in. Noise stops and I don't care why.

Sometimes the glovebox rattles, and stuffing it full of gloves might help.
