Do a search on youtube and I'm sure there will be a video showing how to replace it.
The main reason there are problems with the cam advance system is people do not change their oil and filter often enough and don't top up the oil level between oil changes.
Change your oil every 3,000 miles or 5,000 miles when using synthetic oil.
It doesn't matter what the on board oil change reminder tells you!
