I have a 2011 ford f150 that is now showing signs of rust. Should I trade it in?

The truck is a 2011 F150 XLT 4x4 with the EcoBoost. I bought it brand new. Lift kit, aftermarket wheels and tires, 2014 factory HID lights, custom made leather seats, aftermarket intercooler, air filter and custom tune. I put a fair amount of work into it. Despite me being ocd and taking good care of it (regular detailing done by myself including wax, cut polishing and claybar) there's now rust appearing in spots along the top of the outside of the box, the tail gate and on one of the doors. It's very minor and you'd have to look hard to spot the rust. I cleaned it with rust remover and used touch up paint so it's fixed for now but will come back. Is it time to trade it in? This was my first brand new vehicle I've ever purchased. Before this truck I drove old used cars. I was hoping to keep it for another 5 years at least.

Will I require surgery for this injury?

I was involved in a severe accident on 4/14/2018. I was rear ended when at a stop by a Dodge Dakota and pushed into on coming traffic and front ended by a Ford F150. I sustained a few injuries as well as my brother. I had a follow up with my doctor and he found and I quote what he said " A minimally displaced fracture of the left thumb near the carpometacarpal joint. No other fractures are seen and joint spaces are normal." I have another appointment set up with an Orthopedic but am wondering if I will have to under go surgery. I read articles of people with the same injury who had to under go surgery. Please help me if you have any type of information. Will I require surgery for this injury

1993 Ford f150 lightning?

I have the 40th one ever built. For some reason my engine is a 302 and I did my research on it everything is original. And I know it is a 302 for a fact by messing up one of my valves by doing a tune up on it myself using 351w parts. My question is, is this something very rare to have this engine matched with this truck.
