Get a replacement floor pan and have the floor replaced by a professional.
Buy one of these and have a shop weld it in: https://www.carid.com/1992-ford-f-150-rocker-panels-floors/replace-crash-parts-floor-panels-136263642.html
Cut a piece of plywood to cover the hole
Throw a piece of metal over it, or buy a proper replacement panel and have it welded in.
Lexan Sheet, Nylon Cord, drill holes in steel, holes in lexan, lace into place with nylon cord. Fill outside cracks with JB Weld, seal inside cracks with any epoxy. Above lexan floorpan, lay 3 or 4 steel bars across from steel to steel, jb weld or TIG weld the ends, put the carpet and rubber mat across that steel.
Have a body shop cut out the rusty area and weld in some new metal.
Put some sheet metal there.
There are places that sell specific sheet metal for body repair. Here is one:

There are others.

Type: 1992 Ford F-150 floor metal
into your search engine. There are MANY places selling the exact shaped metal. You can attach it yourself with screws, braze it, weld it, pop rivet it, undercoat it, whatever.
I've used it for decades.
-General automotive mechanic since 1972
Purchase a replacement floor panel from anywhere you have available. Go to your closest body work shop and have them put it in for you, unless you know some other professional, but it is definitely better to have a mechanic/body worker fix it up.
I don't know
Sounds like you have bigger problems and await to see those hefty problems shorty $.Doesn't sound safe to me but ig guess you will find that shortly i would check those ball joints if i where you and wheel bearings Before you see your truck have a lethal blow out on the road this is a salt truck from the west. And i would check that gas pedal mine nearly hurt me but luck caught it first when it snapped to the floor and stayed there luckily i was on the side of the road and got out (I'm smart and sensed it). This is not a toy these trucks will hurt you get the floor welded and learn to do things yourself because you will be putting in ALOT of work.
- Front Bumper is gone on the used car I just bought. How much to fix it? Is it safe to drive? I just bought a used car for $1300 the only issues with it our the rear suspension needs to be fixed and the front fender is missing completely. There's no metal at all and no cover so the bottom half of the radiator is exposed. Its an 02 ford Taurus and I'm wondering how much a complete new bumper is going to cost like a ball park estimate? And is it safe to drive it without the front bumper temporarily?
- After driving Ford Ranger, high mileage, 10 miles and at normal operating temp, I park overnight on level concrete floor. I check oil level? Next day before starting and when I pull dipstick out, oil level is at full mark. I wipe the dipstick clean and re-insert and check oil level again, the oil level is down about 1/8th inch or so. I check it once more and get same reading. Is the crankcase full or do I need to add some oil? Just to be clear, since this is an older Ranger with over 170,000 miles, I use high mileage oil and I check the oil level regularly. It doesn't use oil after just 10 miles of driving.
- How much does it cost to fix/replace the gas gauge to a 1977 Ford F100 Custom pickup truck? Project vehicle. Just looking for an estimate, because that's GOT TO BE the first thing that gets fixed.
- Central locking mechanism gone or door lock? 2007 Ford focus doors won't open with fob but the light flashes, it will open if I use the key manually.
