How do I remove the door panels to a 1994 Ford F-150 regular cab 2WD?
With most cars you take off the door handle by removing it's screws. Then carefully pry off the panel with a flat piece of spatula shaped wood. If there are speakers in the door these will probably need removing first too.

Pry around the edges to disengage the plastic clips.
Whichever parts of the door don't pull free have some type of screw you need to locate and remove.
