Can't find the exact heater hose I need?

I have a Ford F150 and the heater hose under the intake has a hole in it. I can find a hose similar but not the same. I'm assuming the engine has been swapped. It's supposed to be a 2003 4.6 but the hose for that is missing a piece that is supposed to attach to the throttle body. Any ideas on how to find the hose I need? I've searched 2003 +/- 2 years.

Are you talking about a heater hose or the EGR tube? A heater hose is what connects the heater core to the cooling system but should not have any connections to the intake or throttle body. The EGR tube does connect to the intake. Its possible you can't find the part because what you're looking for isn't a "heater hose". There are two small short rubber hoses that connect to the EGR sensor also but they're not referred to as "heater hoses"
