Around how much would a black paint job cost on a Ford F150?

I recently bought a 2004 Ford F 150. It is an extended cab lariat that is currently a maroon color with a two tone of a silver color. Here's a pic https://imageshack.com/i/iqtB2cWMj. It is used, so it definitely has some scratches and dents around, so I'm definitely gonna get body work to it. But I want to get a full black body paint job to it. I live in Birmingham, AL and just wanna know how much a full black paint job would cost? Not a $8000 one, but not a crappy $500-$1000 one either. Just a decent one that will last a few years.

As much as you desire to spend. Spending only a few thousand will get you a poor quality paint job, understand changing the color of a vehicle adds to the expense of the paint job.

Plan on spending around $2500 on the low side to $4000 on the high side for a decent paint job. Changing the color increases the costs substantially. Door jambs, under the hood, etc. All has to be painted.
