Spray a shot of WD40 in it.

Spray some alcohol in it.

I experimented with -20 washer fluid today and it worked. The door latches were initially frozen this morning (1 wouldn't open and 2 others opened but wouldn't latch shut, drivers door was ok). I put washer fluid in a spray bottle and doused each latch generously with the truck running and the heat blasting. About 25 minuets later they all functioned properly. Temperatures reached a high 13 today. It's currently 5 now at 2011hr and the doors are working. I've doused the latches periodically throughout the day. The final test will be to see if all doors are operational in the morning. Hopes this helps my fellow F-150 owners until ford comes up with a permanent solution.

You can by an anti freeze for locks. Its squirted into or injected into lock mechanism. It forms a sort off gel coating within mechanism stopping ice crystals forming but without damaging lock itself. Otherwise a shot of WD 40 and a warm key. Will often work.
