The car trailer has way too much tongue weight - back the car up until the it straightens out to your liking - make sure the tongue weight is enough to be safe - 150-400lbs apprx. You don't want upward force on the tongue.
Car trailer is heavier. If the weight is toward the front it pushes tongue down. If more toward the rear tongue pushes less. If too far back the tail will wag.
The F-150's suspension is likely worn out.
