Is a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 a good truck?

So let's put aside all of the rivalrys between Dodge, GM, and Ford. I've driven a Chevy/gmc for the past 5 years and am looking to upgrade to a pickup truck, I love the look of the Dodge Ram, and from what I hear the 5.7 Hemi is a superior engine. Any thoughts on this? I'm 19 and my local car dealer has a really nice 2013 Dodge Ram for about 19,000, 110k miles and loaded with a lot of dashboard features. I'm most definitely open to any and all suggestions, I also test drove a Ford F-150 there to.

The ones made after 2010 are called "Ram Trucks" not Dodge Ram. They are decent trucks for the most part and a lot of people own them no major issues to speak of. If you do buy this one since it has 110k miles the following services should be done if there's no proof/evidence/records that they have already been done: Change the transmission fluid, spark plugs, and maybe a 4X4 system service and you should be good to go until 200k miles.
