Why are my AC vents blowing so weak?
2001 Ford Explorer Sport.
I just changed the AC actuator. Not as bad a job as i thought. Anyway my AC vents blow so weak I can barely feel it with my hands against them, no matter the fan setting. Floor and defrost blow great. Any ideas?
It sounds like your heater blend door is broken. It is a common problem on these vehicles. The plastic on the door hinge is weak and prone to breakage. The Dorman replacement part is reinforced to prevent breakage. You can find several videos on youtube on how to replace the broken door.

- Why won't my 1995 ford ranger ac blow through the vents? I have a 1995 Ford Ranger 2.3 and the ac won't blow through the vents. It blows through the top defroster, and on the floor. I changed the door actuator, but still is stuck. The fan works on all ranges low to high.
