What is causing my car to vibrate in the accelerator?

I just took a road trip to and from Vegas. In a ford explorer 2013. Now the accelerator vibrates when driving. At first I thought it might have been a strut because the left front wheel was lower than the others. But when I checked later in a different location it looked fine.

Check for bad engine mounts.

Check the engine mountings.

Strut.

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!

It could still be a strut. Unless you know exactly what to look for a worn strut isn't visually obvious.
I recommend having it inspected by a professional.

Check for engine misfire.

"I just took a road trip to and from Vegas."

Well goody for you. It's totally irrelevant. The vibration could be caused by many things and you haven't given enough information to narrow down the possibilities.

  • Differential pressure switch causing check engine light? 1997 Ford Taurus. I don't remember the exact code but it said something was wrong with the upstream differential pressure sensor. The car doesn't run any differently. How do I fix it?
  • My car is making noise when I turn the wheel, what could be causing it? I put power steering fluid in and double checked it to make sure it was full, which it is. But whenever I turn the wheel it still makes a terrible noise, i almost want to not drive it anymore just because of that noise. Anyone have an idea what it could be? Is it the power steering pump maybe? If it helps, my car is a 2001 Ford Mustang, FWD. The noise is coming from the front of the car.
  • What's causing my car to over heat? I have a 02 Ford Focus. EVERYTIME we drive it the dang thing overheats and when it starts to go off of course the air blows hot. However the thermostat will go back down and the cool air will come back on again SOMETIMES white driving. I can also shut car right off sometimes and start it back up a few mins later and its fine, It just goes up and down on its own. All the right amount of new fluids and all that are in the car. We had a new fan put in also and its still not helping.
  • What would be causing my 1997 ford explorer to start running rough when I press on the throttle? The engine is a 4.0L 6 cylinder, runs fine on idle, no check engine lights, but as soon as I touch the throttle it starts to shake and run rough. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
