My remote key won't unlock my ford sport explorer 03'?
Well, it's 15, so just leave it parked until it turns 16 and you won't need to get into it anymore because it'll be old enough to start driving itself.
Call car dealership.
Have you replace the battery in the remote.
Replace the fob battery. Open the doors the old school way, with the key.
BE sure to lubricate the lock with something like graphite or WD-40 for the manual key. If it's the electronic remote that will not open the door, change the battery in the fob.
Have it reprogrammed
- Can't get the key less remote on 2000 Ford Mustang? I have two keyless remotes for my car and both don't work when I'm outside my car… HOWEVER, it works perfectly fine when my driver side door is open. When I lock it with the door open, it honks twice instead of once to confirm the alarm is armed. Anyone have any idea how to fix this, or just any possible problems?

I have a 2005 mustang I have the ford remote that came with car already programmed and working but I have a GM remote that I was wanting to try to program so we can have 2 remotes will this work or am i wasting time thanks for any help.
- If I have a 2008 Mercury Mariner and have the key below could I use the standard key and remote? What I mean by standard remote and key is like the ones Ford, Mecury, and Lincoln came out with at first with just a remote and key. Also how would an extra key cost like the one in the picture above? Would it be cheaper to do the the standard key and remote?
- 2000 ford focus, lost ignition key, how can i unlock it to tow to junk? Have door key that unlocks it, no battery in it. Could this be why i can't unlock the floor shifter?
