Can I put a brake hose without traction control on a vehicle with traction control?

I have an 03 Ford Explorer and I need to replace the brake hose on the left rear. I know I have traction control but I don't know if I can put a brake hose that doesn't have traction control on instead of one with.

A brake hose is a brake hose. Traction control is effected through the wheel hub which transmits signals to the ECU. The ECU then affects the power assistance to the brakes by stopping and starting it rapidly. You just need a standard brake hose.

The hose just holds fluid. The magic stuff is done by the sensor in the hub, the ABS computer, and the brake controller up by the engine.

Brake hoses don't have traction control. If it doesn't leak and it was the right length you're ok
