How to replace hydraulic chain tensioner on ford explorer? Do replacing tensioner cause timing to jump?

Updated parts. Multiple tensioners, which one? Need to know which tensioner you are after? Is just tensioner bad, probably not. Probably more trouble and maybe needs timing chain kit. Not easy stuff, not novice job. Changing all timing parts, probably $400 for quality parts. Special tools required $200.
I'm sure there's tech and walkthrus online with pics and videos. Seach ford 4.0 sohc timing chain.
The hydraulic tensioner is just part of what needs replacing. You have chain guides that wear out too.
Watch an informational youtube video for replacing the timing chain and associated parts. If you don't know what you're doing you can mess up the timing.
