What car should I buy?

Need a big car for a growing family. 3 kids, 2 adults and a dog.

Chevy Tahoe

Toyota Land Cruiser

Ford Expedition

Dodge Durango

Toyota Sienna (minivan 😢)

Chevy Suburban

Any other recommendations would be greatly appreciated

Buy the minivan. Your wallet will thank you and you aren't fooling anyone with those expensive and thirsty soccer mom vehicles.

Forget SUVs. They all suck. One of the things that's bad about them, one of many, is that while they LOOK roomy, because they're higher off of the ground, that means that the space between the floor and the ceiling isn't as tall as they look on the outside.

So, go for a good minivan, and the Sienna is a very good one. Plus, it'll carry people and stuff far better than any SUV can.

The Sienna is a good choice. Not sure why you did not include the Honda Odyssey. It is also very good

  • What type of Chevy car should I buy? I drive a Ford truck and have never even drove a car. I want a Chevrolet car. It can't be any other kind just Chevy, I just really love their look and symbol. Should I get an Impala, Cruze, Cobalt, or Malibu? And what year(between 2006-2013)?
  • What classic car should I buy? I'm a 16 year old boy, making some money this summer and throughout the next year. I really want a "classic" car (1970-1985 ish); what old cars are easy and cheap to maintain compared to other cars of their era. I like a lot of cars, Volvo, BMW, Saab, Mercedes, Acura, Audi, VW, Ford, Olds, Pontiac… I LOVE the look of old Jaguars, and I always see them for sale with low miles and a low price, but I know they're terrible to own… Thanks
  • Should I buy a car with a replaced engine? It's my friend's car. He's moving to Japan, so he wants to sell it. It's a 1997 Ford Mustang. It had 248,000 miles. Does replacing the engine reset the miles? He replaced it because it was out of water and a valve broke. He said he'll sell it to me for $1,500.
  • Should I buy this used car? My first time buying a used car so I found a 2011 Ford Fusion SE for $12,500 No accidents or anything. Has about 63,000 miles on it. 6 speed Do you think that's too expensive? Should I buy it?
