2004 Ford expedition Fuse box problems?
My dad has a 2004 ford expedition and it stop working. The mechanic says he needs a new fuse box. My dad was told to get the same one with the same numeration and everything or else it will not work. But is it safe to put in the same one? I mean wouldn't it burn out again? Or do I buy a newer model? I need to no As soon as possible since he is giving me the truck to commute to school Thanks!
A common problem with these is a water leak. If the box is on the drivers side and it has a roof window the window has a drain that runs down the pillar inside between the door and windshield if that is blocked water goes inside and on the fuse box. Ask the mechanic for more help
