Exercise and push ups?
I know to exercise but before my vacation had this lump behind my ear end up & i got little worried but end up being big cyst acne pimple anyways I went to dermatologist doctor and he said my weight is normal and look good so at that time I weight 108 before i left and i went & came back after my one month vacation so i've again about 10 pound from delicious food we have had but i end up losing the weight every year that i come back to 108 again anyways I want to start exercise again since starting to cool down again & where i live it been 110 in Summer and Winter get up to 60 degrees during the day and i walk my two dogs every night or early moring, so i want to start exercise in my tummy, because it can look like i be 5 months prego so i was wondering of how many push up and sit up do i need to start? I'm happy with my weight but i want to build up muscles at home since can't ford the gym right now & i walk every day around our park with my dogs and size is big circle & it's round the pound so how many times a day should I do my sit up and push ups

- Where did my push rod lifter go? I have a 1973 Ford f100 with a 77' 351 modified engine, after taking off my valve covers I noticed one rocker arm was loose. We saw that the push rod wasn't touching and was about an inch and a half away and it doesn't have a lifter… And I'm a little concerned as to where it could have gone… Please help… How harmful is this to my engine.
- There's neighbor's Ford car I'm attempting to help push out a driveway? ~but the BATTERY IS DEAD and will not shift out of park with the key in and brake depressed. There's also a 'Interlock IID anti-DUI breath reader' installed, but feel this is NOT keeping the vehicle from being able to shift out of park, am I right? Is this just and electrical issue? Perhaps a fuse?
- How to diagnose clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder clutch is solid will not disengage can't push in at all? 94 Ford Ranger V6 4.0 2 wheel drive my clutch went solid while driving last night it will not disengage wondering how to diagnose if it's the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder please help no fluid leaking anywhere I'm hoping it's just the master I would be the cheap and easy one just don't know how to tell which one is bad
