Water in all 4 cylinders?

Hi all i've got a ford escort mk6 zetec 1.6 and all 4 of my cylinders have water in them, before this started i was driving down the road and lost all power and then she stalled i pulled over and there was smoke coming from the oil cap and the water bottle was boiling. The head gasket does have a slight leek but is there anything else i should look out of?

It's leak. Leek is a vegetable. Any head gasket leak is serious. There's no such thing as 'slight'. That's the problem, nothing else.

If you know you have a defective head gasket, that fits the symptoms you have so I would not look any further. Once the cylinder head is removed to replace the gasket, it can be checked for cracks but there's no reason to think there will be any.

Pressurised water system should have given you a clue. Its a serious head gasket. You need to check for cracks as well as distortion

Looks like you have a blown engine.

Your head gasket is severely damaged and the head is probably warped. Overheating causes head gasket damage and its up to you to find out why it overheated (coolant leaks, bad thermostat, bad radiator, water pump, etc…) . If the engine is high in miles/km's I would just replace the engine with a used one if you wanted to keep the car.

Look out for a good mechanic. You need an engine. The head gasket has more than a slight leak, but it should not leak at all. Water in the cylinders might as well be a brick. Did you remove the cylinder head and see the water, or have Mysterious Zelda, the psychic diagnose this?

Head gasket gone. Cracked head or block.
