How much would it cost to get a ford escort repainted in a bright red?
My Ford Escort is currently bright red, and I want to get it repainted so that it looks like new. How much would it cost to get the car completely repainted in bright red?

1,000's. It depends who does it and exactly what you want to do yourself. If you want it fully stripped then the old paint prepared for 2 or 3 top coats then 2 or 3 clear coats. (The proper way) or just a mask everything, Give it all a rub down for the key for the new paint. Then 1 or 2 coats (1 Paint, 1 Clear) is obviously going to be a lot cheaper

- Is it possible to get a new transmission for an older car, if so, how much would it cost? I'm looking at buying a 2003 Ford Taurus with 85,000 miles on it. No, there are no transmission problems. I'm just thinking that if it were done now, that could add a lot of life onto the vehicle. And it would make sense because my estimate is that a new transmission is less that what this car is worth. The car is 5K.

- How much do one of these Red neck Monster pick up trucks cost? (That see every day flying by me on the interstate)? Huge wheels/ tires on them. Sound like a semi truck is going by you, but it is just an oversized Ford/Dodge/Chevy or even a Toyota pick up truck and they just are so inconsiderate… They are just running you off the road nearly. how do they afford these things? Why? WHAT ARE PROBABLY THEIR TASTES IN POLITICS, MUSIC, ETC? WHY?
