Wasn't the Ford Escape an SUV when it first came out?
I think I remember considering buying one when I bought my Jeep. It looks like a car now! The design must have changed significantly because I would never consider buying one now.
It is a small suv but not like a truck (eg. Explorer) because it does not have a frame like a true truck has.
It was, and still is, considered a small to mid-sized SUV.
Yes they've changed the look a bit (same w/ the explorer too) but it still is considered a small SUV
Since it's always been unibody, I've always considered it a cross-over.
- How to find out where my engine block came from? Found this marking on the block, I know it's an Ford 302 5.0. But I don't know how to find out the year or where it was made.
- Made my first car payment but money wasn't taken out of my checking account? I'm really confused as to why because when I called the ford (I have a fusion) credit card number they said the money was credited to my account for this month s payment and yet my capital one checking account doesn't have the money taken from it yet. Why would this be? I'm getting a little nervous
- My 2000 reg ford focus just cut out when i applied the foot break, the battery, oil & engine lights came on? Even though it wouldnt drive it didn't turn off, so i turned it off then back on again after 1 minute & it was fine. Why would this happen?
- Which SUV is a good first car? I'm 16 and I want an SUV. There are 3 that I want. -2000 Ford Excursion Limited 4WD Powerstroke -2005 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4WD -2006 Ford Explorer Limited 4WD Which one should I get? Thanks. I want a Ford with a third row. Jeeps are junk. I don't really like high-end luxury cars. I don't have a million dollars for a new car. How about a Volvo XC90 AWD?
