Jeep Liberty, Ford Escape, or Pontiac G6?
I'm very close to buying my first car and I don't know which one I want. I love the suvs but i'm worried about the gas. And I love the g6, but I prefer an suv. Maybe you can help me? Please leave any of your suggestions or experience with any of the cars. Also I need a long lasting car so if you know which one out of these that is let me know.
Ford Escape. Get the hybrid if you can, especially if you do a lot of city driving.
The Ford Escape is a good selection and generally more reliable than the Liberty. There isn't really a lot of difference in the fuel consumption between the G6 sedan than the Escape, only a couple of miles per gallon.
I would get the Escape. Mpg is only 10% more than the G6 (23 vs 25).
All of the following are junk, stay away from American Made vehicles. It saddens me to say this but they are just not as well constructed as foreign cars. Primarily because of workers unions and the higher wages paid to the workers making the car. Its good that they are paid well, but the money put towards the workers takes away from the quality of the parts put on the vehicle. ANYWAY I would look in to the Subaru forester, the Subaru Outback, the Subaru Outback Sport, Subaru imprezza Hatch, Honda CRV, Honda Civic, Toyota Rav4
- Subaru Liberty or a Mondeo Wagon? What is the importance of previous km's when purchasing second-hand? I'm in the market for a second-hand car. I have narrowed my shortlist to a Subaru Liberty or Ford Mondeo Wagon, about 3-4 years old. They can fall in the same price range, however the Subaru will have significantly more km's on the odometer. Given the Subaru's reputation for longevity, however, is this important? Is it better to get a Subaru with 150000 on the clock, or a Ford Mondeo with around 60000km?
- Is a 2008 pontiac grand prix a good first car? Hi I'm 13 and I don't want a junk car. I looked into chevy, ford, dodge, etc. But I can't find a good car. Would a this car be good?
- Pontiac G6 or 2010 Ford fusion? I'm looking to buy either one of these types, the Ford fusion I'm looking to buy needs a motor but is good other than that. Weighing out my options is that I'd probably need to take the car to a shop if it was the g6 for problems since it's a foreign car but the fusion I know a couple mechanics who can always fix the car for cheaper if anything. Anybody have any input on this, which would be better in the long run? Which is a better car?
- Ford Fusion vs Pontiac G6? I would like to know the pros and cons of each car. The 2010 Ford Fusion (base model) vs 2009 Pontiac G6 (loaded with a v6). Its a stupid question but I want to know which car has a smoother and more comfortable ride. I know neither car will win races but which car has more kick to it? What if the fusion had a v6?
