You'll get a 2 year newer car, plus any updated tech and safety features but any other advantages would depend on the engines, luxury features, and optional equipment of the two vehicles.

Is something wrong with your Kia? I wouldn't trade if your current car is in good shape. If its paid for, you do not have a car payment, and if not, you are not going to just extend a loan. There are no real advantages to the Ford over your Kia. Features are honestly for chumps. Cars are not iPhones, you can't run out and buy one every year or so because the newest whiz-bang feature is out. Drive your Kia until it dies or becomes expensive to maintain/unreliable. You'll be happier in the long run.
