Are you sure you got the caliper on tight?

Einstein wouldn't goof up a brake job, would he? Something is probably wrong with your left caliper or rotor. When my brakes started to pull my truck to the right, I found that the right rotor was badly worn and needed to be replaced. I replaced the front rotors and calipers on both sides to fix it. Pull off the wheel and check your work or have a mechanic do it. You can bet that something is not installed correctly.

If it worked before you changed the pads, then something you did messed it up. What it is, I have no idea since I can't look at the car.

Probably the left brake is dragging. Push the piston open again and if it had been crooked, that might correct the situation.

"Any ideas?" Are you crazy? See a Mechanic and use common sense. Stop messing around and don't mess with brakes or steering. Stop being cheap.

Just make left turns

You let an idiot work on your car.

Get it recovered to a mechanic.
Stop letting people who do not know what they are doing work on your car.
It is dangerous to drive.
