You still have air in the lines.

Did you bleed the air out of the lines?

Are you loosing fluid? Did you get the system bleed properly?

You have air in the system. Bleed the lines.

You need to bleed the air out of your brake lines.

Improper bleeding procedure.

Having fun playng mechanic yet?

Hi so after a number of years hydraulic fluid is in need of being replaced by the fact it absorbs water and then the water when it boils after heavy braking expands as steam and causes brakes to lock up and also go spongy.

Likely air in the lines. Make sure calipers are installed with gravity bleed screw on the top. I bleed the furthest caliper from the master cylinder first and then work your way to the closest.
I just let gravity do all the work and let lots of old fluid come out.

Cool
