The first thing to do is test the fan motor by jump starting it. But make sure you know what you're doing.

Hi so the other one is worn out.
Turn the AC on and both fans should be running. If one doesn't you need to run a ground and B+ wire form the battery to the fan connector to see if the fan works or not.
