Is the Ford F-250 a good truck?
My dream truck is the more modern Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat. Would you recommend on owning and driving one for many years or decades?

If you can afford the gas that guzzler drinks.
Oh, it can handle it. But if you're not going to take advantage of its extra capacity the F-150 is big enough and (slightly) easier to park.

WHY? Do you actually NEED a heavy truck that will only get 12-14 miles per gallon of gasoline just to haul your stupid but to school and back? A small Toyota or Nissan can do the same job for a lot less money!
Yes it's a good truck. People have put several hundred thousand miles on those trucks towing boats, rv's etc no problem. Generally diesel will be more reliable but the 6.2l gas is a decent engine and has received good reviews for towing power.
One engine to avoid is the 6.0l diesel, it had a lot of issues early on.
Hi sadly these old icons have lost that once prestige appeal now as they lasted too long in the past.

- Is this a good deal? Is a 92 Ford F-250 regular cab long bed that has a transmission problem? ( it jults when when it shifts going slow but in the freeway it perfect) And needs a new battery a good deal? I'm getting it from a friend for $600
- Is a 1997 Ford F-250 460/7.5L a good first truck? I'm looking at this truck it's got 115000 miles on it 4x4 automatic it need an exhaust system and the front end is loose all can be fixed for a few hundred dollars how much is it worth and how would the mpg be for it thanks
- Ford F-250 or Ford F-150? 2003 F-250 XLT Crew Cab, Fx4 package, 112k miles 6.8L V10 Triton. Or a 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat, Crew cab, 4x4, 120k miles 5.4L V8 Triton. Which one would you think is a better option? I'm not towing very often and when I'm my dad lets me use his truck. I'm talking more about reliability, safety, and best truck for a 18 year old male, (myself)
- Can a 2001 Ford F-250 radiator fit a 1997 Ford Expedition? I have a 1997 Ford Expedition that needs the radiator replaced. My father in law has a brand new radiator for a 2001 Ford F-250 . Does anyone know if it will fit my expedition?
