That depends upon a number of factors, like the year and certain options. A 38-gallon tank was one option.
They up-graded the standard gasoline fuel tank for the 2017 models. In 2016 the F-350 super duty sized tank was 35 gallons. 2017 Super Duty models had a standard gasoline tank of 48 gallons.
