It would help to know the year, engine and transmission.
What I did find is that for the 2015 F250 the header Summit carries for the 6.2 L will not fit any thing but a automatic. No stick shift (floor or other wise).
You have the part you want to put on and all the other details. While some one could have put the motor mount on the wrong side, I doubt it would have bolted into the truck that way.
If it's the factory original engine, it's more likely that you bought the wrong header. If the engine has been swapped out, it could be any number of different things.

- I have a 99 ford ranger that won't start. What could be wrong with it? None of the lights work, lock buttons won't work, absolutely nothing works. I tried jumping it and that didn't work. All the lights and stereo come on so its not the battery. When you turn the key it clicks once but doesn't start. All the plugs are new and the belts, and the transmission is new too.
- Is the Ford Header Panel 30VBGXBY and 30VCGFFY interchangeable? (Mercury Sable)? Wondering if the are Interchangeable IE either can replace the other. The Parts number is the portion included. Tried to upload photos but wasn't able to. The Header Panel is in the Nose of the Car holds the Car Lights and Next to the Radiator.
