Only if they were super or crew cabs. I think you can figure that out by looking up wheelbases available. Now that I think about it, I dunno if you could get a short bed with super or crew cabs. Those were primarily work or used for towing.
They had both size beds. Do a Google search for images.
Yes. They were supposed to have full sized beds, but it was cheaper to introduce the short bed than to recall all of them.
