Can my dad wreck his truck into my car for insurance money?

We all have same insurance under his name. I asked him if he can wreck his ford f 350 into my 2011 Subaru and he said yes as long as I give him some of the money for his new truck

There's no such thing as "wreck his truck into". You are talking about committing insurance fraud. If you two idiots do this, hopefully the insurance adjuster would be able to discover that during the investigation of the "accident".

That's insurance fraud they would take you to court as soon as they found out your family and you'd be in deep trouble because that's a felony

This is insurance fraud. Insurance companies are not stupid.

That's insurance fraud

You are considering committing insurance fraud. Better think some more.

Can he? Sure but there are several considerations. First is that in order to "total" the Subaru the crash would undoubtedly damage the F350. Second is that it would be hard to make it look like an accident and third, the insurance rates for the both of you would go up enough that over the next couple years you'd end up paying back all the money you'd get from the "accident", assuming that the insurance company doesn't investigate you for committing insurance fraud, which is a felony and carries a large fine and the possibility of jail time. So, yes, go ahead and do it. It would be really intelligent. Oh, and please don't ever breed. The world doesn't need more idiots than it already has and you'd be doing everyone a favor by not passing on the "stupid gene" you got from dear old dad.

Have fun going to jail for fraud
