The information was provided with your owner's manual on a small index card. It was supposed to be transferred to each owner down the line. There may have also been a RADIO security code, that you'll need when the battery runs low or is disconnected for certain maintenance work.

- How do you open the instrument cluster in a 2003 ford focus SE to access the mechanisms for the gauges? Needle is stuck. Did a test on the gauges and it was sticking trying to climb so I highly doubt it's a sensor. Just want to open it up to gain access to the mechanism so I can see if it's dirty or not. Add a bit of sewing machine oil so it moves more freely.
