A 53 year old truck? Maybe 500

Nah, I wouldn't pay that much for something that old. And you would need to have some money put aside for all the stuff that will go wrong with it (that is, if you plan on actually driving it).

As a collector car, it will never be as valuable as a Mustang, but it still could be a good investment. Have it professionally appraised.

As an everyday driver, you could do so much better.

As I told you the last time you posted this same stupid question… The car has TOO MANY DOORS! A four door sedan is only good for spare parts. It will NEVER have any value as a collector car.

Can you afford the gas for it? If it has a 390 in it, they suck fuel like a Hoover.

HI so you living in the united states where rust is not a real big issue. You still have them problem of engine wear.

Little rust? Have you checked everywhere for rust?

It's not screaming deal. No, but it might be worthwhile. You really need to to a thorough inspection and test drive. Look for hidden rust, bondo and other amateur body repairs, incorrect parts for the year, condition and operation of the engine, transmission, etc. The good thing is that they're very easy to work on. The bad thing that any car of that vintage can easily turn into a money pit. You don't want to get upside down in your investment unless you're looking at long term ownership.
